The NEMT project has fully mobilized for construction and has completed bulk tree clearing on the hilltop project site within non-jurisdictional areas. Construction within
the jurisdictional areas has remained at a standstill as the project awaits a Superseding Order of Condition from the Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection.
The sitework subcontractor, J.R. Vinagro installed temporary site fencing, removed stumps, completed pre-drilling/probing, and cleared excess topsoil to allow for
upcoming blasting work scheduled to start on October 12, 2023.
