Construction activities within the non-jurisdictional wetland areas continue to progress as follows:
The sitework contractor, J.R. Vinagro, continued rock processing and removal. They continued foundation excavation/backfill across all areas of the new building chasing towards an end of July completion for this scope of work. Additionally, utility install including water, drainage, sewer, and electric continued around the site with the Hemlock access driveway work continuing. J.L. Marshall continued formwork erection, rebar installation, and concrete placements throughout June and early July, targeting to be complete with foundations by the end of July. Beacon Waterproofing continued to install sheet waterproofing/insulation/drainage board or dampproofing on available sections of foundations. Lighthouse Masonry continued with CMU wall installations in all areas of the building and the CMU walls were ready for Precast Planks to be set upon them. The Precast Plank installer, JP Carrera, installed all precast planks on top of CMU walls and began the detailing work associated with these planks. Levangie Electrical continued to install through-wall conduit and outlet boxes within the CMU walls and installed multiple sections of utility conduits for new electric and Tel/Com duct banks. Manganaro continued with door frames installation with CMU walls as needed. Lastly, Norgate Metal 2012 Inc., the structural steel contractor, mobilized to the site in early July with their erector and began erecting the first sequences of steel.
