Construction activities within the non-jurisdictional wetland areas continue to progress as follows:
The sitework contractor, J.R. Vinagro, continued rock processing and removal. They also continued building pad subgrade preparation, and foundation excavation across all areas of the new building as well as the new locker room. Additionally, utility install continued. J.L. Marshall continued formwork erection, rebar installation, and concrete placements. Beacon Waterproofing continued to install sheet waterproofing/insulation/drainage board or dampproofing on available sections of foundations. Araujo Brothers Plumbing installed drainage pipe along available sections of foundations. Finally, Lighthouse Masonry mobilized to the site, and began CMU wall installations. Looking ahead, the project works towards structural steel delivery in late June.
